• Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

• Due to hygiene regulations, opened skincare or cosmetic items cannot be returned.

• We carefully inspect all items before shipment to ensure products are in perfect condition.

• Except for defective or incorrectly delivered items, round-trip shipping costs for returns or refunds are the customer’s responsibility.
